What We Believe
We believe in One God who designed us in His Image, Three Persons of One Substance; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in the divine nature of Jesus Christ, who was both fully God and fully man. We believe in the Holy Spirit who lives in those of us who believe, enabling us to live a holy life.We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, infallible and without error, and is God's revelation of truth to us in written form. We believe therefore, that it is worthy of our study and obedience.We believe that man was created in God's image, but because of Adam's sin, has been separated from God and His image ruined. We believe this is the problem of the human race.But we also believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross , bearing our sins in Himself, so that by believing in Him we are reconciled to God and saved from our sins. We believe that Jesus sends the Holy Spirit to live in us, to enable us to be the masterpiece He envisioned long ago. We believe this is the answer for the problems of humanity.We believe the Holy Spirit enables us to "build each other up" in our faith, and be witnesses for Jesus in this world. This is what it means for us to be the Church.We believe that Jesus will come again soon to restore a fallen world.
